Take Synology NAS as an example:
1. Enter the Control Panel of your Synology NAS, find File Services - SMB Settings.
Click on Advanced Settings.
2. Set the Maximum SMB protocol to SMB2, and set the Minimum SMB protocol to SMB1. Save changes.
3. Then open the MA Remote app from your mobile device, find the Add network drive page, enter the path of the SMB folder, your username and passwords of the NAS, the SMB path will be added to the app. Please note, the path of the network drive should be complete file path including the specific folder. The path couldn't be added by only entering the IP address. The SMB folders which do not require username and passwords are not supported.
