Warranty and repair

Applicable to mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)

1. If the product arises non-human factor defects within 1 year from the date of purchase, we will provide repair service at no any charges.

2. Exclusions from warranty services include, but are not limited to the following: Product damages caused by incorrect power supply, customer modifications, or purchased from unauthorized dealers.

3. The supplied cables, accessories and gifts are not covered by the warranty service.

4. Products defect after 1 year from the date of purchase, we will continue to provide repair services, customers only need to pay for the spare parts and the shipping costs.

Applicable to countries and regions outside mainland China

1. For products purchased from matrix-digi.com, if the product arises non-human factor defects within 1 year from the date of purchase, we will provide repair service at no any charges; if the product is purchased for more than 1 year, we will continue to provide repair services, the customer only need to bear the cost of spare parts and the resulting transportation and customs clearance costs.

2. For products purchased from authorized dealers of Matrix, if the product arises non-human factor defects within 1 year from the date of purchase, or defects after 1 year from the date of purchase, please contact your dealer for more details of service.
