Matrix mini-i 3 factory reset/ failed firmware update

Hi There,

I have the same issue. I attempted a firmware update, and the screen is stuck on the Matrix log screen after update. I've tried pushing different combinations of buttons, and unplugging from power, but I can't get the device to start up.

Could I get the PM with the fix? Or like someone else said, even better would be posting the solution here.
