The cable is constructed from two 1mm×0.3mm OCC flat wires. Unlike commonly used round conductors, we specially selected rectangular conductors to achieve a larger surface area, resulting in rich and powerful low-frequency performance. By using OCC without silver plating, both high and low frequencies maintain the same speed, avoiding the harshness caused by silver plating and allowing the high frequencies to extend smoothly without losing warmth. The outer layer features a braided OFC shield and a nylon sleeve, which blocks external electromagnetic interference, ensuring a clean and deep background.

The V2 XLR and RCA OCC Hi-Fi Audio Cable connectors are crafted using Matrix Audio's proprietary diamond-tool CNC machining process and finished to a mirror-polished surface. The connector body has been upgraded from aluminum in the previous generation to high-purity copper, providing significantly enhanced electromagnetic shielding. Finished in bright silver, the contact pins are plated with 24K gold over the base metal for long-term conductivity and reliability. The cable's weight distribution has also been refined, giving the connectors a more substantial and balanced feel when connected. Replacing the conventional anodized finish, the connector housing now features a multi-layer precision electroplating process, resulting in a smoother tactile feel and a more refined metallic appearance. Acoustically, the upgraded design contributes to a lower noise floor and a cleaner sonic background, allowing vocals and instruments to emerge with greater transparency, finer detail, and improved resolution, delivering a more faithful reproduction of the original recording.

Available in both XLR balanced and RCA unbalanced, with multiple lengths to suit different system configurations:

· XLR 0.3m (ultra short) – Purpose-designed for stacked Matrix Audio N Series Desktop Separate System, it minimizes signal path length while maintaining a clean, organized setup. It eliminates the excess cable slack typically associated with connecting the NT-1 Digital Audio Transport, ND-1 Audio DecoderAC and NA-1 Headphone Amplifier, reducing cable clutter and tangling.

· XLR / RCA 1m (short): Perfect for compact gear on standard audio racks, avoiding unnecessary cable loops and keeping your setup tidy.

· XLR / RCA 2.5m (long): Designed for two‑channel speaker systems, providing ample reach for stereo listening arrangements.
