Matrix Audio Shines at the 2025 Melbourne Hi-Fi Show
In September 2025, with strong support from local distributor Fundamental Audio, Matrix Audio made its official debut at the Melbourne Hi-Fi Show in Australia, joining forces with Raidho Acoustics.
The Melbourne Hi-Fi Show is a Home Entertainment Expo like no other, and the largest show of its type held in Australasia, which is organized by the famous website StereoNet. This year’s Melbourne Hi-Fi Show was the largest edition in the event’s history. Over the three-day exhibition, the joint showcase in the Lake 2 room became a major highlight of the show, attracting a steady stream of visitors who lingered to enjoy the sound.
The main system featured the MS-1 music streamer, MP-1 preamplifier, and two MA-1 power amplifiers, paired with the SC-1 audio grade reference clock and SS-1 Pro audio grade network switch, driving the Raidho X2.6 floorstanding loudspeakers. This complete high-end setup stood out the star combinations of the event. In addition, the room also presented a compact system pairing the Matrix Audio MD-1P streaming integrated amplifier with Raidho bookshelf speakers. Thanks to its excellent sonic performance and competitive pricing, this smaller system also received enthusiastic feedback.
Visitors and online audiophile forums consistently praised the presentation as “exceptionally full, dynamic, and tonally spot-on,” while also recognizing the modern design and outstanding performance-to-value ratio. Many attendees returned multiple times throughout the weekend, eager to once again immerse themselves in the extraordinary musical experience delivered by the amazing setups.
This exhibition was not only the first joint showcase since Matrix Audio officially partnered with Fundamental Audio, but also laid a solid foundation for deeper collaboration in the Australian market and for providing high-quality service to Australian audiophiles.
