Matrix Audio started work from office since January 24th after about a 1-month lockdown due to the outbreak of COVID-19, all the orders placed during the period of lockdown will be fulfilled before January 30th, 2022. We apologize for the delay in processing your order due to the COVID-19.
The office of Matrix Audio will shutdown for Chinese New Year Holiday between January 31st, 2022 and February 6th, 2022. Please note that your technical support request on Matrix Community which submitted after 13:00 p.m. GMT +8 on January 29th, 2022 may not be answered prior to the holiday shutdown, and responses may be delayed after February 7th.
