Element X - I can't see the playlist in MA remote app

I can't see my playlist in MA remote app even though I play any music.
The under bar show me "Not playing" like captured picture which I attached everytime.
In the picture, I am playing Ed Sheeran's Divide album, but there's nothing in the playlist and music is being played.
So I cant revise the order of music and cant delete some from album list. I can only listen to music total album from first one to last one.
Could you tell me how to solve this problem?

Please check the device's firmware version number and the app version number?Please tell me the versions of these two

there was app update.
so my device's firmware version C12201 and app version is V4.0.0
after app update, there is still same problem.
