Mini-i Pro 4 non-response between the device and the smartphone

I bought a new product from Magna Hifi from the Netherlands.

The Device was displayed in offline mode for a long time in communication between the Device and the Phone.

I solved this with re-installation.

However, when I want to make some changes on the device from the "Configure" section, the processing loop is displayed, but it stays like that.

Also, while working in applications such as Qobuz bubble upnp and Mconect, when logging in via MA APP, there is a problem such as not detecting the command again at the last authorisation stage, it just stays like that.

I did a software update, I received audio from the device via Audirvana with DLNA.

However, I want to use native integration with its own application

What can I try, or how can you help.

Hi Furkan,
Please make sure both of the device firmware and your app are all up to date.
By the way, can you send a screenshot after you tapped "Authorize" button when logging into Qobzu?
