Matrix x-spdif 3 no sound

Hello, I'm using Matrix x-spdif 3 but I have a problem, spdif output, only coax has sound but AES/EBU and Optical have no sound, what should I do?

Do you have another DAC can test with the AES/EBU and optical of X-SPDIF3? Or any other USB audio interface which work with your DAC correctly?

I don't have any other interfaces. But I'll try replacing the optical cable with AES/EBU first, thanks for the suggestion.
