I have a strange problem with my Element i2. I downloaded the latest Matrix Audio driver (with Control Panel) on my PC, select Input as USB Audio, and connected the USB. So the results are strange:
My computer recognized the "Element Series" as a "Playback Device", BUT it does not show up on the Matrix Audio Control Panel.
Strangest of all: I can Play/Pause control my Music (Youtube, Spotify, Tidal) on my Computer browser by the Play/Pause button on the Element i2. BUT there is no sound!
If I switch to Streaming Music (through WiFi) and control with my Phone, then the Music comes out normally. So the Output and connection is not the problem.
I am totally stuck ... maybe a problem with the USB port?
