Firmware Version C02001
Unit was working, but now no longer generating output.
Problems started yesterday (Friday).
Most basic test: Internet Radio - Headphone Output (Balanced, XLR4).
iPhone App shows music streaming; but no output to either XLR4 Headphones, or XLR Speakers.
Primary listening configuration is Windows 10 / USB connection / Roon / XLR Active Speakers.
Last Windows updates installed Tuesday 2022-08-09.
I have deleted, and reinstalled MatrixAudio_v5.40.0_2022-05-30_setup.
I have done the Option 15 "Load Default".
I have shut down, and restarted everything.
Right now, Matric Audio Control Panel shows "USB Audio Device - No Devices Connected".
Roon shows the Element X as an Audio Output; and if I start playback, the screen lights up, and the display
recognizes Roon-generated Volume Changes.
The Roon Log shows recurring "DeviceOpenFailed" error msgs:
