If the incoming signal is not good enough, which lead the X-SABRE Pro MQA cannot lock the signal sampling rate reliably, you can set the DPLL Bandwidth to High. (Which you can find in the settings menu of X-SABRE Pro MQA) It would help.
The DAC Mode means the DAC output a maximum volume and the volume is cannot be controled. This requires your speakers and amplifiers have volume control.
The option Dither is recommended to set to ON.
