Elment I doesn't connect to Android Phone

Hello Wei ! Phone is Samsung Galaxy S20FE , Android 12  , MA Remote the newest I think , just downloaded .
Element I shows : SW VER : B51501 , HW VER : 1.2
I did what Youtube shows me both LAN and WLAN way , until the point they connect , because it's not happened .

Can you share some details to me:
1. Phone model,
2. MA Remote version, firmware version of element i
3. Are you sure your phone and the element i are in the same network? (same network router)

MA Remote app is 3.1.4 . Now I started to download the new firmware by typing the IP address , but " downloading the update package " is on my phone for more then 10 minutes and nothing happening...

If the downloading status stucks, you can cancel it and download again.
Did you finished the download and installed the new firmware?
