Matrix mini i3 pro problems

I have a Matrix mini i3 pro from a local reseller, from november 2020 untill now. Great piece of equipement, I spent many hours listening to music, using my Audeze LC2-Closed back with balanced cable.
Recently, from 2 or 3 days, I noticed a strange behaviour, the balanced amplifier seems always connected, no matter if the headphones are plugged in or not. This happens no matter if I listen from my computer, via USB, or stream from ROON. There is no click when plugging headphones or when I remove the jack. See the pictures for better explanations:

1 - Both headphones connected, the display shows both volumes (Normal behaviour)



2 - Only the balanced headphone connected, the display shows only the balanced volume (Normal behaviour)



3 - Only the unbalanced headphone connected, but the display shows both volumes, as if the other headphone is also connected (Not normal behaviour)
