We ship orders to most countries and regions free of charge. For customers from some special regions who need to pay for the shipping, we will contact you by email. If we have local dealers in your country, we recommend you to purchase 「Matrix Audio」 products from the dealer.

After receiving your order, we will fulfill your order within one working day (it will be postponed in case of holidays).The shipping details will be updated to your order status.
We will choose a suitable shipper according to your shipping destination, including but not limited to FedEx, DHL, EMS or SF Express. If the tracking information has not updated for a long time, please get in touch with「Matrix Audio」in time. We will help you to query the status of the package.
Taxes and charges arising from the import of goods are borne by the purchaser. Purchasers should bear the costs of back pieces and related taxes caused by the inaccurate delivery address or incorrect shipping information. 5. Returns
- No returns are accepted if the product has no quality issues.
