Mini-i 4 arc not working

I just received my new mini-i 4 yesterday and connected to all my devices.
Everything works very well except one thing : the arc connection.
Mini-i is connected to my LG OLED tv.
I configured the arc output on the tv (pcm, std arc). The HDMI CEC is configured and the tv does does sending the volume command up/down to the streamer. However, no sound comes to the mini-i.
He says that there is no flow coming in.
During the LG configuration process, the tv sees there is a device connected but it does not recognize it as being capable of playing sound : the test button is not activated.
I checked the cables : HDMI high speed as recommended.

I'm now out of options and can only think of a software bug.
Has anyone experienced such an issue and found a solution ? 
Has MA a new firmware for this ?

Both tv and mini-i are on latest version

Can you try with another hdmi cable?

The TV should power on when you turn on the matrix.

Are you plug into the arc port in the tv?

As Chris suggested, please confirm whether you plugged the HDMI cable to the ARC port of your TV. Usually a TV only provides 1 port support ARC, other HDMI cables are not support ARC.

On the other hand, how long is your HDMI cable? According to my experiences, I used to connect a TV to a mini-i Pro 4 via a 5 meters high speed HDMI cable, and was not able to play from ARC, but a short normal HDMI cable worked.

Hi,
Yes if course the internet media box is on HDMI 1.
The mini-i is on HDMI 2 arc.
Cables are each 1m long.
Swapped cables but no result.
Seems like the tv does see recognize the matrix as an HDMI arc capable.
Tv refuses to play test sound and is not sending any steam.
I set all parameters to pcm.

I use a LG OLED tv too.
Did you change sound out in the tv to hdmi arc

I finally bought 2 new HDMI 2.0 cables and it works !!!
Tada...
Difficult to test HDMI cables...
