Hi, I was trying to update my Element X2 today. It failed and the unit is not responding at all. It displays a message saying Firmware verification failed. Please try again later. All the buttons are dead now. I have to unplug the power socket and reboot. Same error message appears.
What can I do to factory reset the X2 pure player. Every button is not responding, including the screen.
