Element H device driver for Windows 11

It shows up as an "unknown PCI device" in the device manager of Windows 11.
I would like to need a device driver for Element H of Windows 11.

Did this element H ever worked properly with any other PC before?
Is it new out of box or used for a while?

I just tried with a Windows 11 PC and it worked perfectly.
Did you changed another PCIE port on the main board? Is it pissible to change a PC to test with?
