Diffrence between the M and the I

Could someone explain the difference in performance in the Element I and M?

They look to have the same numbers and use the same Dac chip. What is the extra cost spent on?

Hi John
The CPU of the streamer of M is quad-core, and the i is dual-core;
The Wi-Fi connection of M supports 5GHz and 2.4GHz, the i only supports 2.4GHz;
The DAC of M is an MQA full decoder, and the i does not support MQA core decode and renderer.
The i has no MicroSD card slot, and the M has.
The case of M is double structure with iron and aluminum, the i is only alumium case.
