Cannot reach Matrix server

Hi,
i'm trying with X-Sabre 3 (yesterday 28 March and today with wifi and lan network) to make update but i have this error: CANNOT REACH MATRIX SERVER.
Streaming is working. 
Could you help me?

Can you quit that interface and re-enter again? Try more times? Still display "Cannot reach Matrix server"?

hi, yes i try many times. I erase the app and reinstall many times. I try searching automatically, manual, whith Ip address. I cant fix the issue.

Hi Edgar,
The X-SABRE 3 does not support MA Remote app. so you can't add it to the app.
