Mini-i Amp in protection mode

Not sure what happened. I have two of these amps that I run balanced out of a Mini-i Pro 3 balanced. As I was changing some gear in the set up, one of the amps goes into what I think is protection mode. The light goes from blue or green to a red flashing light. Not sure if there is a way to fix this. Any assistance is appreciated.

Can you view the LED, how it flashes? Please see the manual below:

The amps were purchased from a friend so no receipt.
