DAC don't turn off laptop. Turn off laptop because the battery is dead, and the mains was not connected. But USB cable was connected.
May be DAC tried to interrogate laptop?

Please enter the settings menu of X-SABRE 3 and set the DPLL bandwidth to "High", then check if the unit finds the optical signal reliably.

Hi SVF,
The message "No signal" means no audio signal from the phisical audio input ports or from network streaming. It's not talking about Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection.
In this case, can you provide the following details and do the following tests?
1. When the issue happens, how long will the text "No signal" lasts on the display?
2. What CD transport (model) are you using?
3. Does the CD transport have a coaxial output? Are you able to test it with coaxial cable connection?
4. Do you have some other optical output device to test with your Matrix device? If the messages will appear when playing in this case?

1. Issue happens by listening to CD. The text "No signal" lasts on the display 1 second.
The sound doesn't disappear.
2. Transport : YBA CDT450 passion and CD NAD M5. Happens here and there.
3. Yes CD transport have coaxial output. Yes, I test with coaxial cable.
4. Yes, as written above, test on YBA CDT450 passion and CD NAD M5.

But only now message "No audio input". And at optical cable connection also "No audio input".
This issue appeared after firmware update.
