Hi Alex,
Sorry for the delay, it was Chinese New Year holiday in the past several days.
Are you possible to test your element i2 with a different network router?
If it works with other routers, it may be considered as a compatibility issue, I'm afraid the only solution is to replace the router.
It it also not works, the element i may have a hardware issue.

Hi Wei,

I just tested with my ISP router (Orange Livebox 4) which I don't use anymore because I replaced it by the netgear.
As I expect, I have exactly the same behavior.
Ethernet connection reboots in a loop after a few seconds (white icon, then red iconn then white icon, etc..).

Can you analyze the logs or something ? I don't feel it's a 1500€ product.

Sorry for my delay. Based on the current hardware, the Ethernet connection compatibility might not be improved.
In this case, please use Wi-Fi instead. Sorry again.

Hello Wei,

You already know people who buys this kind of product expects best sound quality which can't be achieved in Wi-fi.
If it's a hardware issue, you have to correct it for buyers or replace it. This is not normal to buy a highly priced streamer which you can't use his primary function.
