i2s input on X-sabre pro, which streamer - Luc - 07-30-2020
Hi,
I would like to use the i2s input on my x-sabre pro
what do you recommend i use as roon ready streamer with i2s output ?
i now have sotm sms-200 via usb.
I have seen great comment on Raspberry PI + ALLO KALI reclocker. This requires some diy to build.

First you need a device could output IIS signal.
I'm not sure if the devices you mentioned could do so.
If the sotm sms-200 supports USB output? if so, could try it with X-SPDIF 2? then IIS output to X-SABRE Pro?
I'm not sure if it is feasible, just speculating.

Would love to see a higher end dac offering than XSP
