salve, sono possessore di una usb element h card, ha funzionato normalmente per circa 4 mesi con grande soddisfazione, ma ora non legge più nulla, uso sia windows 10 che linux.
windows riconosce la scheda dal sistema come (texas instruments usb 3.0), ho notato che se collego il telefono alla scheda usb si carica ma non viene vista da windows.
Ho provato di tutto anche un secondo pc ma la scheda ha lo stesso problema non legge nulla collegato ad essa ripeto la ricarica tramite funziona
come posso risolvere, quale potrebbe essere il problema.
anche perchè il negozio dove l'hai acquistato non sembra fregarsene

The element H will be recognized as Texas Instruments USB 3.0 in Windows Device Manager. It's correct.
How did you set the power supply mode of the element H? Internal power? Or external?
I'm not sure if the Linux OS has the driver for TI USB 3.0 chip, the element H may not work under Linux OS.

Depending on what frequencies the DAC needs to clock at, the MCLK modes are used.
