Hi Christopher,
Where are you based at? Can you play TIDAL on your phone or on other audio devices properly?
I am based in the United States.  I can play TIDAL properly on all my devices, just not through the M2

E009, E010, E011. E012, E013, E014, E015

Hi Christopher,
The latest firmware fixes the error code issue. Did you installed the latest firmware? What's your current firmware version please.

I have a problem with the Element i2 and the MA Remote App. After two minutes or so I have to restart the app because it's unresponsive. I can navigate through the app but I can't interact with the i2. When I want to play a different song or play/pause the actual one the app only shows the loading icon for a few seconds but nothing actual happens. After I've restarted the app everything works fine for the next two minutes. Already tried to reinstall the app. Phone is Samsung S22+

It sounds that the interaction between the app and the element i2 is not smooth.
Can you try the previous version?

Hi Christopher,

V1.0.4 Build018

unit states no update available. literally just had to unplug it to reset the code an hour ago.

around once or twice a week. 

I tend to leave my unit on 24/7 as well. That doesn't mean im using it, I just dont put it in standby

Understood, you leave the unit on all the time. Did you noticed if the error codes appear after some operations?
What input method and output ports are you usually using with the element M2?

Nope they usually happen when I am doing nothing at all. if i just leave the unit, come back in a couple hours, etc it will just show the errors. Is completely random. Never has it happened while ive been using the unit. 

I have the hdmi arc connected to my tv, and i use the 4.4mm headphone connector. Of course I stream music also.
