Hi There,
I have the same issue. I attempted a firmware update, and the screen is stuck on the Matrix log screen after update. I've tried pushing different combinations of buttons, and unplugging from power, but I can't get the device to start up.
Could I get the PM with the fix? Or like someone else said, even better would be posting the solution here.

Dear people at Matrix Audio,
Product nr LF03BC21248 (Matrix mini-i pro3) after the latest firm ware update the only thing i got is the logo and progress bar and than nothing.
Please send me a solution for this error.

I am also stuck at the Audio loading screen after a FW update failure, is there a way to reset?
