Matrix element I , can't connect to wifi - Konstantinos - 02-11-2022
Hi, my element i won't connect to my new WiFi network anymore. When I press the nob for a while the icon appears that the device is in WiFi pairing mode but the matrix auto config option doesn't appear in the available networks to connect. I have tried so far:
- to update the firmware
- to use a different android phone
- update the app
- reset the device
- re connect the WiFi antenna
Any help please....

How long time you waited in the WLAN page of your phone? It usually appears after 30 seconds.
Have you ever connected it to your network successfully?
Can you hard reboot (disconnect and reconnect power adapter) and try again?
How did you re-connected the WiFi antenna? The antenna of element i is unremovable.

Hi and thank you for the reply. The issue was finally fixed with the latest firmware update.
