Mini i PRO3 - unable to connect to the server and update firmware - Pedro - 04-09-2021
I bought, on the 7th of April 2021 the mini i Pro3. - Portugal
Everything works, but I can't update the firmware.
When prompted, the message appears that you are unable to connect to the Matrix Audio server.
There is no problem with the internet connection.
What will be the reason?
How can I solve?

This notification means that your network cannot reach out Matrix Audio server.
Can you visit Matrix official website by your phone or computer in the SAME network?

Please note, test it in the same network with your mini-i Pro 3.

in the meantime I replaced my device, it was still within the warranty period, and everything is working fine. I already did the update.
