Good afternoon! Just bought a Mini i-4 pro. I connect with LAN. I installed the latest firmware. Tidal connect doesn't work MA app doesn't work for Tidal either!!!! Tidal only works with the McConnet app. What should I do?

Now I can't find Matrix Mini i4 in McConnet and BubleUpNP applications either. Maybe the problem is DLNA. This is my second Matrix Mini I-4. And the first one also had the same problems. Please, please, please help! I can't listen to my music!!!
